Greetings + Salutations, comrades! I hope y’all had a marvelous – or at least relaxing – summer… I admit I’m excited for Fall and Halloween for the first time in years! Look forward to doing some traveling amongst changing trees too.  We spent a good amount of time in the past few months sticking to home and raising Laika, who is growing by the minute.

I took time away from art at the beginning of the season because sometimes a break is the best way to jumpstart the creativity.  And it worked because I’ve been drawing non-stop for weeks now.   (I’m working on a new skull series so keep in touch on Instagram to see new work.)

The last few months have been good ones – focusing on self, art + what’s to come.  For now, I’ve discontinued sales of my art prints and look forward to building a new body of original work.  Originals are still for sale directly from me – let me know if you’d like to purchase anything you see!

I’ve just put up two different new pages in the COLORING section.  Check them out, help yourself, and let me know what you think!

RX : Jelly Donut Muffins

posted in: BLOG, RX // recipes | 0

If we follow each other on Instagram, you know some weeks I bake like I actually get paid for it.  (I don’t, except in hugs and smiles and alls I need :)

I bake Jelly Donut Muffins fairly often – they’re quick, easy, and you can use whatever jam, jelly, pudding, cream or custard you have handy.   The batch I made here was half grape jelly and half pumpkin butter since I only had a couple tablespoons left in each jar.
