DOS ESTRELLAS started as the paper goods section of back in 2006.
It began with notes sold alongside artwork until February 2014:  At that time – with a collection of over 50 designs, 5 wedding suites, and almost a dozen Holiday card selections – it outgrew it’s home and needed a place of it’s own along with a little bit of a re-brand to separate itself from it’s sister site.  It began as Line 117 Paper and was re-branded to Dos Estrellas (Two Stars) in September 2016.

Home base for all online sales is the Etsy shop:
PayPal invoicing is also available as is consignment opportunities for brick + mortars in the Los Angeles area.

Seriously!  LA isn’t exactly bursting with nature so we understand the importance of it and are all about conserving trees and using paper responsibly.  Everything created at DOS ESTRELLAS uses stock made from sustainable forests as well as partially or totally recycled materials.

A lot of our designs are DIY – which means you print it yourself.  Printing yourself reduces the amount of paper waste because you print only what you need.  We also set up our PDF designs to maximize the amount of space per sheet!

Humans and animals are great too – we make it a priority to use minimal packaging and plastics free of acids or harmful chemicals.

We admit we’re total perfectionists.  Aside from using environmentally responsible paper, we want our stuff to last.  Our cards and stationery are printed with acid free, archival ink that’s guaranteed to stay bright for decades.

All card decoration or glitter accenting is done by hand, making each piece a unique miniature piece of art!  Our glitter accents are done with a top quality, micro-glitter gel : particles won’t fall off and stay in your carpet or clothing for eternity.

Every single item is double-checked before leaving our Los Angeles studio.  Quality is key!
